Hey, recently Instagram automation where not working after clicking the button. Such as welcome message or follower check or custom button with postbacks.
It started happens from oct-12, for few users. Which turned into issue for all automation tool. One of user with almost 1 Million followers, Member of instantDM premium plan since Apr 2025, have this issue and reported.
We even raised issue in community platform of meta and we researched other platforms such as manychat, linkdm, chatfueal and others also having this issue.

Follow these steps:
Step 1 : Open Facebook and login
Step 2: Switch to your fb page that linked with Instagram
Step 3: Open setting and click on page setup
step 4: Click on Advanced Messaging
step 5: Click on InstantDM - Permission
step 6: Enable all permissions (attached image)
step 7 : Save and Close.
Switch to InstantDM for safest and secured automation.
